What are the check-in and check-out times?
Access to accommodations is permitted from 4 PM. As a courtesy, on the day of check-in, if the water park is open, you can arrive from 10 AM to use the pools; simply pick up your access wristbands at the hotel reception.
Up to what age do children not pay?
Up to 2 (two) children aged 12 years and older stay free of charge at our hotel, per room. To receive this complimentary stay, they must be accompanied by at least two paying adults.
Do you have access to the Water Park?
Thermas Hot World will be closed for renovations from May 12, 2025 to June 12, 2025. During this period, our hotel will be fully operational, however, access to the water park will be prohibited. You can enjoy all the attractions in the region and relax in our accommodations.
Does the hotel have a pool?
Cabanas Acqua features an incredible natural pool, treated with ozone and without chemicals, where you can have the unique experience of swimming with little fish 🐟✨.
Furthermore, we offer a complete leisure area with a playroom and games room to guarantee fun for the whole family!
