What are the check-in and check-out times?
Access to accommodations is permitted from 4 PM. As a courtesy, on the day of check-in, if the water park is open, you can arrive from 10 AM to use the pools; simply pick up your access wristbands at the hotel reception.
Check-out is by 12:00 PM on the day of check-out. After check-out, if the park is open, you may use the pools until closing time.
Up to what age do children not pay?
Up to 2 (two) children up to 6 years of age stay free of charge at our hotel, per room. To receive this courtesy, they must be accompanied by at least two paying adults.
Please note that this is a promotional offer, which may be suspended without prior notice. Always check your quote to see if the free offer was granted; if not, it means that this promotion has ended and the valid offer on that date is for up to two children under 5 years old.
What is Half Board?
The term "pension" refers to the meal plan included in your daily rate. "Half Board" includes breakfast and one meal, which in our case is dinner.
All our guests, when booking the Half Board rate, will have included a delicious and complete breakfast and also a dinner buffet (in some cases the buffet may be replaced by an à la carte menu) with options of cold appetizers (salads), hot dishes and desserts. Drinks will always be charged separately.
Do I need to buy tickets for the park?
All our guests receive access to the Aquatica American Park water park, located within our complex. This access is granted according to the park's opening schedule, which can be consulted on [website/platform name]. site, In addition, our guests have access to an exclusive and warm area on days when the park is closed!
During your stay, you can enter and exit the park whenever necessary, during opening hours. If needed, you can use the park's parking lot free of charge, or walk there, approximately 700 meters from the hotel.
Does the hotel have an indoor pool?
The hotel's leisure area includes a dedicated playroom for children. All pools available to our guests are located in the Water Park, which can be accessed when the park is open. The park has four pool areas, two with heated water and two with cold water, but it is important to note that there are no indoor pools.
On days when the water park is closed, our guests have access to an exclusive area with warm waters, and we suggest they explore the various tourist attractions in the city and the Circuito das Águas (Water Circuit), which includes neighboring towns with a variety of leisure options. These include ATV rides, horseback riding, visits to farms, as well as a rich array of tourist attractions, restaurants, and shopping routes.
Can I bring my own drink to the park?
Food and drinks are not allowed inside the water park. You may only consume your food and drinks in your accommodation.
