What are the check-in and check-out times?
Access to accommodations is permitted from 4 PM. As a courtesy, on the day of check-in, if the water park is open, you can arrive from 10 AM to use the pools; simply pick up your access wristbands at the hotel reception.
Check-out is by 12:00 PM on the day of check-out. After check-out, if the park is open, you may use the pools until closing time.
Up to what age do children not pay?
Up to 2 (two) children aged 12 years and older stay free of charge at our hotel, per room. To receive this complimentary stay, they must be accompanied by at least two paying adults.
Please note that this is a promotional offer and may be suspended without prior notice. Always check your quote to see if the free offer was granted; if not, it means that this promotion has ended and the valid offer on that date is for up to two children aged 5 or younger.
What is Half Board?
Half-board is a meal plan that includes the two main meals of the day, such as breakfast and dinner, but does not include drinks, snacks, or other food services.
Do I need to buy tickets for the park?
All our guests receive access to the Thermas Hot World water park, located within our complex. This access is granted according to the park's opening schedule, which can be found on the website.
During your stay, you can enter and exit the park whenever necessary, during opening hours. If needed, you can use the park's parking lot free of charge, or walk there, approximately 700 meters from the hotel.
Does the hotel have an indoor pool?
The hotel's leisure area includes a dedicated playroom for children. All pools available to our guests are located in the Water Park, which can be accessed when the park is open. The park has four pool areas, two with heated water and two with cold water, but it is important to note that there are no indoor pools.
On days when the water park is closed, we suggest our guests explore the various tourist attractions in the city and the Circuito das Águas (Water Circuit), which includes neighboring towns with a variety of leisure options. These include ATV tours, horseback riding, visits to farms, as well as a rich array of tourist attractions, restaurants, and shopping routes.
Can I bring my own drink to the park?
Food and drinks are not allowed inside the water park. You may only consume your food and drinks in your accommodation.
